All entries and payment must be received before the end of the closing date.

As a policy, exhibitions run by Wyvern PhotoArt will NEVER extend the closing date. Our computer systems will automatically close the entry system and the payment processes on the closing date. Payment cannot be made after the closing date.

The status is updated when your images have been downloaded. To view the status list click on STATUS.

The organisers will only use your data for purposes associated with running photographic salons.
