Never Extend Date

As a policy, exhibitions run by Wyvern PhotoArt NEVER extend the closing date. Our computer systems automatically close the entry system and the payment processes on the closing date. Payment cannot be made after the closing date.

Conditions of Entry

It is important that you adhere to the rules and definitions which apply to the various sections. The full CONDITIONS can be seen by clicking on RULES.

Entry Status

The status is updated when your images have been downloaded. To view the status list click on STATUS.

Privacy Policy

The organisers will only use your data for purposes associated with running photographic salons.

Upload Request

For various reasons, we may have asked you to upload an item such as a camera RAW file or other file. For this purpose we will have provided you with an upload request code and an access code. Click on the UPLOAD button for the upload screen.
